Hospitality Fresh Produce

Salary

Competitive + bonus + vehicle/allowance (negotiable based sales experience).

The annual salary is £34k with OTE bonus of circa 10%.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to service and grow our hospitality customer base across the foodservice sector. This role focuses on supplying fresh produce to hotels, restaurants and premium hospitality business.

You’ll be the face of our business in the market – building strong relationships with chefs, identifying new opportunities, and delivering excellent service backed by quality produce.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve initially looking after existing business and developing new business.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of hospitality customers.

  • Develop strong relationships with chefs, kitchen managers, and business owners.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

  • Provide product knowledge on fresh produce, seasonality, and availability.

  • Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor pricing, margins, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

About You

We expect the successful candidate to have 10 years sales experience preferably within the food service sector.

  • Proven experience in business to business sales.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.

  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own territory.

  • Passion for fresh food and customer service.

  • Valid driver’s licence.
